Warehouse Associate
Responsible for receiving, cleaning, inspecting, and staging IBC totes at our Speedway Drive facility. You will operate our triple-rinse cleaning system, perform 10-point inspections, apply grading labels, and organize inventory for pickup and delivery. Physical role that involves lifting, forklift operation, and working in a warehouse environment year-round.
Requirements
- ✓ Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly
- ✓ Willingness to work in varying temperatures (warehouse is partially open-air)
- ✓ Forklift certification preferred (we will train if needed)
- ✓ Attention to detail for quality inspection tasks
- ✓ Reliable transportation to our Speedway Drive location
CDL Truck Driver
Drive our flatbed and box trucks to pick up used IBC totes from partner facilities and deliver cleaned, graded totes to customers. Routes cover Indiana, Ohio, Michigan, and Illinois with occasional trips to Kentucky and Pennsylvania. Most routes are day trips or single-overnight runs. You will also assist with loading and unloading at customer sites.
Requirements
- ✓ Valid CDL Class A or Class B license
- ✓ Clean driving record with no major violations in the past 3 years
- ✓ Ability to secure loads and operate a liftgate
- ✓ Strong customer service skills (you are the face of our company on the road)
- ✓ DOT medical card (current or willing to obtain)
Sales Representative
Build relationships with businesses that buy or sell IBC totes across the Midwest. You will prospect new accounts, manage existing customer relationships, prepare quotes, follow up on leads, and close deals. This role combines inside sales (phone, email, CRM) with occasional outside sales visits to customer facilities and trade shows.
Requirements
- ✓ 2+ years of B2B sales experience (industrial, packaging, or logistics preferred)
- ✓ Comfortable with CRM software and digital communication tools
- ✓ Self-motivated with the ability to manage your own pipeline
- ✓ Knowledge of industrial packaging or recycling is a strong plus
- ✓ Valid driver's license for occasional customer visits
Quality Inspector
Serve as the final quality checkpoint before IBC totes are graded and released for sale. You will perform detailed visual and functional inspections, verify valve operation, check cage integrity, assess bottle condition, and assign accurate grades based on our standardized system. This role is critical to maintaining customer trust and our reputation for transparency.

You will work closely with the warehouse team, drivers, and sales staff to ensure smooth operations and timely fulfillment. This is an office-based role with regular interaction on the warehouse floor.
